The best natural remedy!!
this is not ever explained on alternative therapy websites--
the best remedy for allergies is to reduce or eliminate exposure to what you are
allergic to (click here to
learn how to find out what you are allergic to). This means you need
to identify what you are allergic to and take reasonable measures to reduce the
exposure.
Allergen avoidance should not cost a lot of money.
At the most measures to reduce allergen exposure should only cost a couple of
hundred dollars. As the cost goes up the less effect per dollar spent you
will receive (i.e. removing carpeting from house)
Most natural remedies on line do not work.
They cost a lot of money and some are unsafe. Most should not be given to
children. Most of the studies they quote are either very old (from the
20's 30's) or poorly done (or even outright lies and fabricated). Do not
forget they only make money if you buy their product!!
Doctor's and drug companies don't want you to
know about cheaper safer allergy treatment
While this may be true for drug companies, most doctors strive to treat
their patients with the safest and cheapest medication or therapies available.
My goal is to research what is available and report back
to you.
